RTO- Credit Check

A credit check will only be necessary for buildings with an RTO amount over $12,000 a  credit score of 600 or higher needed to proceed. 

  •  The maximum amount able to be accepted through RTO is $20,000. 

  • If the building is over $20,000, the difference would have to be paid, aside from the down payment. 

  • Renter are eligible for contracts up to 48 month, providing a signed landlord release from the property owner. 

  • Owner are elegible for contracts up to 60 month

  • Customers must have a minimum income of $1,000 per month. 

  • 0- Payment Down for orders $12,000 or less 

  • NO Minimum RTO for 6 and 12 month contract length

Home Loan Investment

FHA Title 1 and Advantage Loans give homeowners an opportunity to quickly and affordably finance barns, garages, workshops, horse barns, metal buildings, agricultural buildings and much more! Home Improvement Lending:

For traditional financing, a credit score of 650 or higher is needed. Financing available from $1,200 to $20,000. APR is 9.99% & Up.
